How do I study in Denmark if I am from overseas?

If you are a citizen of an EU country then no visas are required.

If you are an overseas student you will need to apply for a Tourist Visa.

Contact the Danish Embassy in your country and they can send you the forms to apply. Allow plenty of time (up to 3–4 months) to apply for the visa before the course starts.

To apply for your visa, you will first need to be offered a place by the school.

We will then issue you with a Confirmation of Enrollment letter that you will need to apply for your visa.

Can I work?

Due to the timetable being Monday – Wednesday fulltime in school, you have the ability to finance yourself with a part time job. Please note that you are not allowed to work on a tourist visa.

We can help find jobs if needed. If you have the finance however, you will be doing practical work within ImpactChurch.

We recommend your budget to have 2-3 months living expenses to live off when you arrive.

Are there scholarships?

The school is unable to provide scholarship or financial aid. Students raise their finances by either working before coming to school and saving, working whilst attending the school, or having friends, family or church members support them.

ImpactSchool is a school, which requires you to find your own accommodation and transportation to and from the school. We do however; have a limited amount of apartments near the school campus, which are available to rent on a first come, first served basis.

All of the teaching at the school will be in English. There is the possibility of translation of notes into Danish and some teaching translated via earphones into Danish simultaneously.
